WhatsApp: The App configures the button to initiate chats via WhatsApp using the phone number(s) you provide. Your interaction and data shared via WhatsApp are governed by WhatsApp's Privacy Policy.

Google Analytics 4: If you choose to enable the GA4 integration, the App will send a specific event (whatsapp_click) to your designated GA4 property when the button is clicked. This does not involve sending personal data from the App itself; the data collected by GA4 is subject to your configuration and Google's Privacy Policy.

Service Providers: We may use third-party service providers for hosting or analytics (for our App usage, not your store data) who process information on our behalf under confidentiality agreements.

Your primary App configuration settings are stored directly within your Shopify store as Metafields, leveraging Shopify's security infrastructure. However, no electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
5. Data Retention
We retain your configuration data stored in Shopify Metafields as long as the App is installed in your store. Upon uninstallation, Shopify may automatically trigger data deletion processes (like GDPR webhooks, which we comply with). You are also responsible for managing data within your Shopify store, including Metafields. Anonymized usage data, if collected, may be retained for longer periods for analytical purposes.
6. Your Rights
You have certain rights regarding the information associated with your Shopify account. You can manage your store data, including App-related Metafields, through your Shopify admin panel. For requests related to data processed directly by us (if any beyond Shopify Metafields), such as accessing or deleting support communication, please contact us using the details below. 7. Privacy of End Customers
This Privacy Policy applies only to the information collected from Shopify merchants using the App. It does not govern the data practices between you (the merchant) and your end customers.
