While working at Mercado Libre, I had the opportunity to assist a client in growing their business on Mercado Shops—a platform similar to Shopify. Initially, we recommended an agency to support their efforts, but things didn’t go as planned. The client faced a negative experience, which could have jeopardized the relationship entirely.

However, instead of focusing on the setback, I prioritized the client’s concerns. I ensured open communication, taking the time to brainstorm ideas, provide thoughtful recommendations backed by data, and demonstrate a genuine commitment to their business’s success. This approach strengthened our rapport, even during challenging times.
